However, the company can engage clients from all over Southern Africa with the intention to cover markets in other parts of Africa. Most of the products and services could be accessed by markets in other parts of the globe as we utilize Information Technology and E-Marketing to penetrate virtual markets.
The company specializes in project planning and management services mainly through offering of consultancy services to the private sector and non-governmental organizations.
While the main focus is the institutional client, the organization does provide personal development coaching products and services as a way to assist individuals maximize their potential through the Power in Planning program. Though the program is focused to the individual, the company does provide the services to institutions that may need to empower their staff collectively.

In the private sector, mainly the SMME sector, the company provides resource mobilization products in the form of business plans, cash flow projections, management accounts, personal balance sheet, project management plans, business management templates, project management templates and any other related services and products..
In addition, in the NGO sector the company provides services and products that relate to concept note writing, proposal writing, budgeting for projects, resources mobilization, strategic planning, resources mobilization, setting up of monitoring, evaluation & reporting systems, end of project evaluation and any other related developmental project services and products. Therefore, part of our work involves a lot of capacity building for both the private and the non-governmental sector.
Last but not least, the company is in the incubation of entrepreneurs through providing opportunities to young people to get into business. GIFTCLA aims to create ventures that will involve the youth, mainly young women, in running small businesses and in that way honing their skills thus becoming business people. There are already initiatives through the KIOSKS, LUNWALI, and SUKA that are geared towards involving people from grassroots in business.
